Sensation has fern-like leaves. Blooms in summer/autumn with striking flower heads in pink, red, purple and white. Attractive in the sunny border, together with annuals and perennials. Remove the spent flowers now and again to prolong the blooms into October. A pretty background plant. Also attractive as a bouquet in a vase.
