Garden Seeds BV does everything in its power to provide you with a high-quality product. However, seeds are natural products and can sometimes unexpectedly decrease in germination. The growth and harvest of the product is not only dependent on the germination power and germination energy, but also on all kinds of other influences, such as the sowing method, temperature, etc.
Our packaging contains clear sowing and cultivation instructions in text and symbols. Despite this, problems can arise, where it is not immediately clear what the possible cause could be.
If you inform Garden Seeds BV of your complaints clearly described, we will try to reach a satisfactory solution with you in all reasonableness. However, our liability will never exceed the net invoice amount of the delivered items.
Information about ordering AND execution
Each item offered in the webshop is numbered and priced. The stated prices include VAT and are strictly non-binding. As a compensation for the high costs of order handling, packaging and shipping, we are forced to pass this on to you per order. All our articles are divided into 3 groups in terms of size and weight (letter box, light and heavy postal parcel). Your shopping cart immediately calculates which treatment costs are charged. Above € 20.00, these costs for delivery within the Netherlands will NOT be passed on to you, so the order is carriage paid. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, we are forced to continue to charge the handling costs. Other countries outside the EU on request. With every order you get a bag of flower seed for free and with orders above Euro 25.00 you also get a set of plant markers for free!
Your order will normally be sent to you the same day, at the latest within 1 working day, after a correct receipt of your payment. In most cases your shipment will be sent to you by PostNL. As usual in the seed world, the items offered are available subject to seed availability. If an article is not available in the short term (disappointing harvest, insufficient germination capacity, etc.) we will cancel this article and adjust your invoice accordingly. You have 14 days to cancel your order with us without giving reasons and on top of that 14 days to return your order to us. We do require, if reasonably possible, that the returned items are unopened and unused. This unopened requirement does not apply to other products such as books, guides, earth discs, etc. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging "as new", "if reasonably possible". In the event of damage to the product, we will charge you for the depreciation. However, if these conditions are met, we will refund you the full amount, including any credit and transfer shipping costs to you for the forwarding. The costs for returning the order are for your own account.
All seeds supplied by GARDEN SEEDS are non-disinfected and intended for hobby gardener use only.
ORDER PROCEDURE
Step 1
Select an item and click on the 'add to cart' button. Your order list is now being filled. In this way you can quietly browse through the range and place any desired type in the shopping cart. If you want to order more than 1 piece of an article, you can do this immediately or later in your shopping cart. If you want to check in between what is in your shopping cart, click on order (top right in green field "Your shopping cart". On this order list you can still adjust the desired number of products and possibly remove articles again. By clicking on PRODUCTS or with the large arrow at the top left will take you back to follow your order.As soon as you have finished ordering, click on order again and check your chosen types and quantities. Then choose your payment method at the bottom and press 'continue ordering'.

You must register with your details. Optionally you can specify a different delivery address for your order. Then click on 'Continue to order'.

You can check all the data again on the overview page. If all information is correct, you must click the 'Confirm order' button.

The order has been completed. You are still requested to return to the website for a fully correct handling. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

The order is processed within our company and when the shipment is sent you will be informed about the shipping method and an indication of the expected delivery time.
